I would like to like Amtrak, but I have had some many bad experiences with them that I have really given up. I figure I have spent a good week's worth of time in their hands, and the people working there are often very ambivalent about any problems. Even though people in England complained about how bad the train system has gotten there, I still found way better than traveling with Amtrak. I really wish they were better as I love the idea of traveling by train.
